Christy Bourgeois is the heart and visionary behind Virtual Boss, a company she launched in 2015 with the mission of supporting Directors and Consultants through dedicated VIP services. What began as a one-woman operation has grown into a thriving business that now proudly supports over 200 VIPs in 3 different countries — a testament to Christy’s leadership, work ethic, and genuine care for those she serves.

Born and raised in Virginia Beach, Christy earned her BA in Mass Communications from Florida Atlantic University, which launched her into a career that would take her around the globe. She’s worked and lived in Arizona, California, Wyoming, Florida, and even London, before settling in Louisiana, where she married her Cajun husband in 2012. Together, they’re raising four amazing kids — and balancing business and family life with a lot of love and laughter.

Outside of Virtual Boss, Christy is a woman of many passions — traveling the world (FAVES INCLUDE Italy and Dubai) and especially competitive Latin and ballroom dancing, where she shines both on and off the floor. Her energy, discipline, and creativity in dance are just more proof of the dedication she brings to every aspect of life.
